Why this blind
Sheet metal is cheap to build and miserable to hunt out of. It bakes, it rattles, and every window latch announces you to the whole pasture. We build ours the way a wall gets built — insulated core, rigid frame, sealed finish — so the blind stays quiet and comfortable long past opening weekend.
Three layers of exterior finish over a waterproofing membrane and a 3″ insect-resistant EPS core, all carried on a 20-gauge metal frame. The surface is textured and earth-toned — it reads like rock and brush, not like a mirror flashing at first light.
Silent double-strength DeerView windows open and close without the bang and squeal of a sliding metal frame. Wide horizontal sightlines on the long walls, squared shooting ports on the corners.
Carpeted floor to kill boot noise, flat black walls so nothing silhouettes you against the window, and interior shelving already mounted for your gear. It arrives ready to hunt — not as a box you still have to finish out.

The long, low profile. Room for two hunters side by side with rifles resting on the long wall, or one hunter with a camera setup and a heater.

This is the full build spec — not a base model with a list of things you'll need to add later.
The structural skeleton the whole shell is built on. It's what lets the blind ride a trailer and sit on a stand without racking.

Yes — that's the best way to buy one. We're at 15680 W State Hwy 29 in Liberty Hill, open Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4pm. Call ahead at 512-260-7600 so we know you're coming and can have the model you're interested in pulled out where you can walk through it.
The 4×8 and the 6×6 octagon are our standards, and they cover most of what people ask for. Beyond that, custom footprints are built to order — give us the dimensions, the window layout, and which wall you want the door on, and we'll quote it.
No. The listed price is the blind itself, fully finished. The 4-foot, 1″ square-tube metal stand is $400 on top of that. Taller stands and other configurations are available — call for pricing.
